The White Plains City Hall houses the City Clerk, billing clerk and Utilities superintendent, as well as offices for the Mayor and fire department. All fees associated with water, sewer or natural gas can be paid either at the convenient drive up window or inside the billing office.  Our day to day operations for utilities are handled from the superintendent’s office.  Monthly and special called City Commission meetings are held in the meeting chambers.

The White Plains Vol. Fire Dept (WPVFD) is currently home to a Engine 100 and E-3, Tanker 101 and 102, Brush 103, Quick Attack 105 and Polaris 6x6 wildland unit.  WPVFD has been in a growth state for the past several years and is constantly striving for improved training of our volunteers as well as working toward improving our response times, fire ground tactics and implementing programs to provide better water sources throughout our fire district.  We're always looking for volunteers with the desire to help their neighbors, if you’ve got what it takes, stop by and join our growing team effort.
