​Water, sewer and natural gas services are controlled by the superintendent located at City Hall available during normal business hours Monday through Friday. If you wish to have a service connected or discontinued please contact City Hall at 270.676.8639 for assistance.

White Plains Volunteer Fire Department provides fire / rescue services to the community via Hopkins County Central Dispatch. If you have an emergency dial 911, please have the address and information regarding the type of emergency to have proper assistance sent where needed. In times of a crisis the more information available to Central Dispatch allows them to dispatch proper services more efficiently.

White Plains Community Center can be rented for private functions by contacting the City Hall to schedule available dates.

Exercise Facility is located inside the Community Center and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 4:00 to the public.

The City Park is located adjacent to the City Hall and provides a great place for families to spend time and burn off excess energy. The park is open to the public daily, we ask that the park not be utilized after 10:00 PM due to proximity of residences.

The Basketball Court is a full size high school regulation court with a college 3 point line addition. Dedicated on September 30th, 2019, our brand new court can be your source for a pickup game or scheduled tournaments hosted by the City Of White Plains.
